Gardening - really?!?!?!
So I did an hour and a half of gardening on Saturday, and MFP said I burned 418 calories. I just didnt' believe it, so to be safe I cut it in half. That doesn't seem possible. Would a HRM be accurate while gardening?

How do you set your goals when you are pregnant?
I set my goal to maintenance, because obviously, I don't want to be losing. But they say you should eat 300 more calories per day when you are pregnant. Seems to me that this should be different at different stages of the pregnancy. 1st trimester I probably don't need to be eating 300 more. Any suggestions?

I had my goal loss set at 1 pound/week, which put me at net of 1250 calories. I felt like I was starving. Since starting MFP, I have gained 5 pounds! My goal was to lose 15. It's not that it's not working... its that I'm not doing it! I'm only hitting my calorie goal about once a week. What database exercise is "The FIRM"
circuit training? specifically an aerobic weight training video i feel like it burns weigh more calories than "weight training" but it's not just cardio either... i'm getting an HRM, but haven't ordered it yet, so in the meantime, trying to estimate as best i can using the MFP database

What do you think? What do you like/dislike? Compared to a really good HRM, which is better.
