I have now logged my food, and been completely honest about it, for 100 days in a row. I have lost 34.4 pounds. I'm at 205.6. Onederland is my next goal! I'm so happy with my progress. My fitness pal is a great tool.
I went on vacation to Gatlinburg Tennessee last week. I felt like just looking at all the food around I was going to gain weight! I did log my food, drank lots of water, and walked a lot. Got back last night and sweet victory I was down 1.6 pounds!
