Rest Days
How important is it to have a rest day? I work out everyday, doing 1 hour of cardio & 30 mins - 1 hour strength training. Let me know what you guys think!

Protein Bars.. which one to get?!
I think I should start eating protein bars because my protein intake is not as high as I want it to be so which one would you guys recommend? (low in carbs & sugar please!) Thanks :)

Runners: Pre & Post Stretches for the KNEE!!!
I run 4 miles usually 5 times a week & my knees bug the crap out of me for the first few minutes!! Maybe I should stretch for 5 mins but I don't. Usually I only kick a lot before a run & reach down my toes. Tell me what you guys do before & after a run please!!

Running.. does it burn fat everywhere???
I've been running for a couple of months now & I'm just curious, does it burn fat everywhere on your body? I see it mostly in my legs & face but that's about it.

Counting Calories...
I was wondering if eating 1200 calories a day is too little? My trainer told me its the minimum you should consume. I work out 6 days out of the week.. sometimes twice in one day.
