I've been running for a couple of months now & I'm just curious, does it burn fat everywhere on your body? I see it mostly in my legs & face but that's about it.

Your body determines where the fat burns off first, not the activity.

not sure about the truth of this, but the fat burns first in the last place it got added, and last the first place it was added....so I figure my stomach is doomed, and my neck and face will be better off.

Your body can be pretty random (and frustrating) in terms of the distribution of fat when we're putting it on and when we're taking it off.

I lost from my face and arms first; it took a while before I needed smaller pants. Just keep at it and be patient,

Its burned off a lot of my fat in every area. It usually starts in the butt/boob areas though  Then the stomach and legs went from there

Yes. Eventually. Not just running, but any activity that gets your heart rate up and burns calories.

I WISH we could pick and choose.. i wouldnt have a belly and my boobs wouldnt be shrinking. LOL!

The calorie deficit the activity creates determines how much fat you'll lose, and your genetics determine where the fat will come from. The activity itself doesn't really make a difference. Running won't automatically give you skinny legs and a zillion situps won't make your stomach smaller. That's why they say there's no such thing as spot reduction.

No, it burns calories. Whether or not you burn any fat because of it, and where said fat comes off is dependent on a variety of things, so of which you can control, others which you can't.
