Carbs vs Protein
I try to eat around 1300-1500 calories a day. My problem is lately I'm having a very hard time getting my protein in and have been going over on carbs! For weight loss, not long term health, is this a problem? I know that 1 gram of carbs is 4 calories, as is 1 gram of protein. So will it really hurt me if I go over on my…
