Macros percentages and calories
Im being told by a trainer: Protein 45% Carbs 35% Fat 20% Is this the best percentages to use for FAT LOSS? Im 185. Trainer said to take in 1850 Calories. That seems like ALOT. I had My fitnesspal set to 1200 cal and 40% protein, 30% carbs, and 30% fat. HELP!!!
