Hi All Are we doing an April challenge? I think it would be good to do just running - 300 minutes for the month (10 per day). Or is that excessive? We should deduct 50 mins as already 5th April! Ideas? Julez1012
I have done 30 more minutes of 'wii' running today so good start. Just another 14.5 hours to do by the end of the month if doing 15 for the month (although its the 7th today so need to deduct a weeks worth)! Join in and report back to the group. We need the help.
Want to lose a 14lbs by Mid May for short holiday and another 7lbs by end July. Do you think it's possible? Have real motivation as my daughter tells me she wants to get married Aug 2014 so her we go.....
