Can sore muscles equate to weight gain?
I am finally back to it and I am hitting it hard this time! I started back on my workout and calorie counting plan this week. I have committed to 2-a-day workouts, doing 30-60 on the treadmill twice a day. I have also done some high impact aerobics. I have been under my calorie goal all week. Not by a whole lot, but still…
