I'm tracking everything except for sticks of gum, I promise. My diary is open. I just don't get it... why am I not losing weight?
Do you track the distance you've walked in a day as an exercise, even if you're just going about daily life? Is it necessary? I have a pedometer, but I'm never sure whether to count them as calories earned or just ignore it. I know most people don't track their steps as exercise!
