Did you even read that article? They used that man as an extreme example. Then he talks about alternate day fasting and other ways to do it and be healthy, and other benefits besides weight loss. It's a good read, I promise. But hey, if you're hungry and want that banana then by all means! (:

I fasted for only a week back in September and haven't put on any of that weight again. Absolutely none of it.

How much sugar do you recommend I intake? My goal is 25g and I never reach that... I always am around 50g, even without sweets-- because of fruit. I don't know what it ~should~ be, though, since my sugar limit was manually entered.

Actually they eat quite a bit. It's mostly the time devotion to physical exercise.

Thank you! Yeah, I know it will be. D: Right now I get home from school at 5pm, and with homework it's hard to work out even now... but I'm going to try and do more. I love walking, and every day I do push ups and jumping jacks, but it's not much!

I've dealt with binge eating my whole life. Even when I was a little kid, I had no food meter. I ate as much as I could until it hurt because it tasted good and I went from chubby toddler to fat child to obese pre-teen-- and then I started calorie counting/restricting, and in the last few years with symptoms of anorexia…

I've set my profile to Sedentary, so I'm not sure whether I -should- be adding all the little details like that or not. I usually only care if I've accidentally gone over though and try to justify it, to be honest...haha.
