Sick yesterday, should I eat extra today?
I was ill yesterday and unable to eat for most of the day, so I ended up with a 1500cal deficit. I am aiming for a 1lb a week loss, I have about 25lbs or so left to lose. So should I eat some of those calories today, or would that make me gain or stall? I am so confused as I haven't ran into a problem like this before.…
