I have a NIKE HRM with the chest band ($120.00). I'm wondering about accuracy. I just did a pretty intense 30 min workout (felt like I was going to die during most of it). My average HR was 160 for 25 of the minutes. I'm 5'7" 198lbs. It says I burned 412 calories...is that possible??
