I started on Monday and am getting ready to do Cardio 1. I've done it before so I know it's a killer. I've been walking 30 minutes with my son on top of JMBR and am pretty sore. I'm enjoying the program so far :wink:

I started the program a couple of weeks ago but wasn't consistent on it. I decided to go full force ahead and am starting over today. Workout1/week1. Looking for support to see how everyone is doing :smile:
