My weight and height last time was 166 pounds and 5'9 feet which recommends me 1252 calories per day, I'm 64 now and soon to reach 160, is it still safe because 160 recommends me 1190(not exactly), It's already below 1,200 calories. Will it cause me to gain weight or hit a plateau?
