Medifast..... safe or stupid???
Hey got a question for ya'll..... I was looking into doing a medifast system diet.... not that I honestly have the money to do so, but one of my friends has had great success on it, however everytime she comes off it she seems to gain all her weight back.... I wanted to know your opinion on it, are those types of weight…
