Just thought I'd introduce myself. I have been struggling with binge eating for a while now. I am more determined than ever to break this horrible cycle. I think we can overcome it. It probably has been important to us to discover more about ourselves, but for me I think its time to move on but I'm taking the lessons…
Hi newbie here - looking for virtual running buddies
Hi, I'm new to the group! I have set myself the challenge of a 1/2 marathon - its in Aug, so I'm very much at the beginning of the journey. Obviously I have a long way to go so looking forward to hearing and sharing running stories!! Happy running :)
