Does anyone on here do intermittent fasting?
I have a problem with binge-eating. Like really bad. I need advice on how to stop the vicious cycle and keep my weight off for good!
Is anyone else out there doing insanity? Also, I don't have a heart rate monitor and can't afford one, so I was wondering about how many calories people log for their workouts? I tend to just go with 100 calories every ten minutes because it seems like a conservative number and I don't want to overestimate.
