only 1200 cal
Hi I just joined MFP and I have a real hard time with eating just 1200 cal a day. I wonder why I am only allowed 1200 cal. I am not really overweight and I want to keep it that way, but the few cal- are kicking my butt. Can some one explain please?

is there anybody over 60 years on MFP, who would like to share their experience with me? I actually live in Germany ( I am german) most of the time, but I spend several month of the year in VA. My spelling could be wrong at times, so you might have to guess what I am trying to say. :-)
