seniors on MFP????

is there anybody over 60 years on MFP, who would like to share their experience with me? I actually live in Germany ( I am german) most of the time, but I spend several month of the year in VA. My spelling could be wrong at times, so you might have to guess what I am trying to say. :-)

I'm 61. I joined Last May and I'm coming up on my one year celebration. I started at 230 pounds and I'm at 171 now.
There are many other seniors on MFP.

I'm not a senior (only 52 years young) although sometimes I feel like one :laugh: . You could check out this group of fine seniors. It does not look like it's a closed group so you might what to post on their thread.
