Never posted these before, progress pictures! Little over 3 months, following weight watchers/MFP. Just started working out about 1 month ago! C25K Rocks, I'm doing my first 5k, on Sept 1st! My hubby is deployed, and I cant wait for him to see the new me!
I have lost 23 pounds in just under 3 months and very recently started working out, but since doing so, haven't seen the scale budge! I still have a ways to go, and don't think I'm building enough muscle to qualify the "muscle weighs more than fat theory" What gives? Feel free to check my diary and let me know opinions!…
