Hey everyone, I just got my DVD of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred in the mail today and I did the workout. I love it, you'll be surprised at how great it makes you feel. If anyone else would like to do this with me and we can share our progress and motivate each other to do it each day, that would be awesome :)
I recently joined MFP along with my mother and sister. We all lost weight on Weight Watchers last year but each gained it back.
