Heyy, I'm 19 and a college student as well. I am just getting back on here and my goal is to lose 50 pounds. I do about 30 mins of cardio 3-4 times a week along with the 900 calories. I often feel like i'm depriving myself but i figured i'd be doing good for my body. would it be more appropriate to raise it to 1100 cals a day?

You probably should count the individual calories, because the food counter is probably talking about different ingredients. You should try to get a bread that's lighter in calories, that's what I did and it helped me a lot
