Nose piercing how painful?
I'm thinking of doing just a very small stud nose piercing when I hit my next little goal. Anyone here have it done can you discribe the pain level? I've had a top of the foot tattoo done I'm thinking it can't hurt as bad as that did lol. Are they a pain to care for or irritating being in the nose area?

How many calories?
So how many calories where you getting at around 7 months out of vsg? Im not sure If mine are too low or not. I have it set for 800 but generaly eat between 600-700. The surgery center I went to does not give a calorie range they said just focus on getting 60 to 80 protein and dont worry about the calories or carbs ect.…
