I am a 35 year old woman, married, no kids. I currently weigh 150 and I would like to weigh 135 by July. Sounds easy, but it's not. I eat pretty well (I know where my mistakes are) and I work out 4 days per week. I would love to see daily meal plans within the 1200 calorie range.
Can anyone offer 1200 calorie daily meal plans? Like, what you should eat for breakfast, snack, lunch, snack & dinner? It would be AMAZINGLY helpful to follow already laid out (very simple) plans.
