Intro, new member

I am a 35 year old woman, married, no kids. I currently weigh 150 and I would like to weigh 135 by July. Sounds easy, but it's not. I eat pretty well (I know where my mistakes are) and I work out 4 days per week.
I would love to see daily meal plans within the 1200 calorie range.

    i am in the 1200 calorie range and 35 too - trying to eat as much unprocessed food as possible

    feel free to add me - and i know (from a while ago) how hard it is to lose the last bit

    this might help, stagger your caloric intake every 3-4 days such as 1200 to 1400 then bounce it down to 1000. The change will trick your CNS to keep on top of producing growth hormone which will keep your metabolism in a state of confusion and will burn like a Mutha lol!
