Help with Calories PLEASE!!!!!
Okay so doing more research i'm sooo confused :( MFP says I should eat 1430 calories daily, but i went too http://thefitgirls.com/tdee-calculator.aspx and states with me being 260lbs 5'5" and put a goal out to lose 115lbs in 14 months i need 1745 calories, i'm not sure if i'm eating to little calories, to much, enough or…
