Same boat here. MFP says 1200. My fitness coach told me I need to be eating 1600-1800 if I am exercising 5-6 days a week.
I figured since I am set at 1200 then enter my exercise calories I end up eating 1600-1800 a day because I am eating my exercise calories back. It is working for me so far.0 -
MFP will put you on the lower end of your calories depending on how active you are and how much you say you want to lose. If you are going to be active and go with the MFP then eat back your calories you burn. neither number to too low or too high. They are both with in a healthy rang for you. You can also go for something in between the two and set your own. Try out different amounts and see what works for you and what you can maintain.0
