According to my personal information, MFP set me at 1200 calories a day to lose weight. I also have an updated Rosemary Conley A-Z of calories book and that says I should be on 1595 calories a day. hello there, i'm a Type 2 diabetic and need to lose at least 5 stones in weight to get to my goal weight. I have already lost 1 1/2 stones since diagnosed in October last year (2009). I know it will be an uphill struggle but i am determined to get there for the sake of my health.
