Hi! I'm looking for people to be my motivation buddys. To challenge me and stuff. I'm 16,5"5', and 147. I'm looking to get down to 115 to 120. I don't have access to a gym. So yeah, anyone want to?

1,200 diet??
If I ate 1,200 calories a day and worked out 6 days a week and didn't log my exercises, would my body go into starvation mode?

Why do I not sweat?
Hi! I run intervals of 1:15 run and 2:30 walk. I do this 15 times! And I don't sweat! I can lots of other things and don't sweat. Why? And please don't say it's because I don't drink enough water because I do! When I don't sweat I feel like I'm not workoing out enough or hard enough! What do you think?
