If I ate 1,200 calories a day and worked out 6 days a week and didn't log my exercises, would my body go into starvation mode?
Hi! I run intervals of 1:15 run and 2:30 walk. I do this 15 times! And I don't sweat! I can lots of other things and don't sweat. Why? And please don't say it's because I don't drink enough water because I do! When I don't sweat I feel like I'm not workoing out enough or hard enough! What do you think?
