Feeling faint or pukey after work outs
Can anyone help me with this? I have this problem that when I work out I feel great but 5 or so minutes after I'm done I feel like I'm either going to faint or vomit, or both! I dont know what to do. This is the reason I quit insanity in the middle of the program! Its like if I push myself even the littlest I feel so sick…
