Feeling faint or pukey after work outs

Can anyone help me with this? I have this problem that when I work out I feel great but 5 or so minutes after I'm done I feel like I'm either going to faint or vomit, or both! I dont know what to do. This is the reason I quit insanity in the middle of the program! Its like if I push myself even the littlest I feel so sick but not right away. Its really getting discouraging! I just did a simple 10 minute workout of my total gym and felt great right after, 5 minutes after that I had to sit down because I felt like I was going to pass out and was white as a sheet! Has anyone else had this? Is there anything I can do or is it just tough noogie for me? PLEASE HELP!
