Hi there. I’m 46 and 219 lbs. My goal for this year is to lose 60 lbs and only have 2 glasses of wine. Those will be next month for my wife’s birthday
Today I will log all my food and exercise. I will especially not eat any cookies. I ate way too many the last 3 weeks. When my kids go to bed tonight, I will use my treadmill for at least 15 minutes.
