The only park of my body that I really hate is my stomach !!!! What exercises can I do to help get it smaller ???? please help ! also how long should I do the exercise for and how many sets ??:smile:
I eat alot of veggies but I get tired of them so quickly because I find them boring. I need help to flavor them up so I can actually enjoy them. Preferably string beans but I am open to any kind of veggie....please help !
