Already noticing a change in my face!
After a stressful quarter and finals week as a PhD student, I gained some weight. Over spring break I jumped back on MFP (after a fellow mom asked me if I was pregnant! so rude!). A little over a week of eating right and exercising and I can already see a difference in my face! Yay!

Anyone else on their last five pounds?
I am getting so frustrated with these last five pounds that I am starting to regress a bit. I need some motivation and tips for loosing those last and most difficult pounds. Any tips for targeting abdominal fat is also helpful! I don't want to give up!!!!
