New to this group, struggling with weight, health issues. Mainly, I'm so hooked on sugar. I log about 7-9K steps a day and hit my goal of 10K sometimes. Hoping to pick up on hints with for a healthier lifestyle. :)
Good morning! I recently started MFP and have dropped 5 lbs. Due to a busy work schedule (who doesn't have one!), I find that at night after i have snack I'm still 200 calories under my 1330 goal. I've tried eating before bed but that sits like a ton of bricks and i actually put weight on. Any suggestions? :happy:
