Okay so this is more of a question than a topic. I have been eating well and exercising at least 6 days a week for about an hour. However i have found that i have become hungrier more than usual more so in the morning.... I don't want to sound like an imbecile but my question is this .......... IS IT NORMAL TO FEEL HUNGRY…
Hey just started about a week ago with fitnesspal about a week ago and just wanted to say HI !!!!!!!!! Have found a little hard at times but feeling so much better for it but it is it so usual to feel so guilty for not exercising and eating the right food???????
