Hey just started about a week ago with fitnesspal about a week ago and just wanted to say HI !!!!!!!!!
Have found a little hard at times but feeling so much better for it but it is it so usual to feel so guilty for not exercising and eating the right food???????

Welcome. I think, especially when you first start you feel quilty when you eat things that aren't the best choices. But most people who stay realize this is really a life style change and not a diet. In life you will have those things at times. Nothing is forbidden, just use them as a rare treat and fit the portion into your calorie range. The goal is to get healthy and by eating healthy and correct portions the rest will follow.0
