I am trying to get into execrise routine of cardio and weights and trying to figure out if its best to work out with 1.5 -2KG weights for loads more reps or with 4KG weights and sets of 12 X3. Tracy Anderson (fitness guru/madonna etc) says not more than 2kg and others say 4kg /5Kg best. I am 5 feet 10 and weigh 138 pounds…
