Confused on how many calories I should take in per day
So I came across some blogs talking about TDEE & BMR and stuff like that. I thought I was doing fine, burning off everything I ate (e.g. eat 1200 cals/day and burn that much off as well with cardio) but I read that I'm supposed to eat back some of the calories?
