I have a very cramped room (I still live @ home with my parents). I live in an inner city, and I have no workout equipment ,along with no money to join a gym (very poor college student!) Does anyone have any ideas for a workout I could do?
So I have a bit of a dilemma. When I'm calculating my food for the day (say its a Thursday),and have a late night snack, its after 12am, so its technically Friday. Which day should I put those calories on? Thursday or Friday??
