All-inclusive resort food options for low carb/gluten free
So, I'm headed to a 5 -start all-inclusive resort (Mexico) in about 24 days. I'm maintaining a low-carb lifestyle & I'm also celiac. I've never been to an all-inclusive resort before, does anybody have any tips, suggestions or even a heads-up as to what to expect for food choices while away at a resort? I'm a bit nervous…
