Early Morning Gym Goers?
Alright peeps, I need to get back into my early morning habit. I used to get up at 4:00 and go every morning, but lately, I can't stop finding excuses to stay in bed. How do you all motivate yourself to get over the initial hump?

Keto Diet - Total or Net carbs?
Hey all, It was suggested that I try a keto diet of less than 20 carbs a day....Just wondering if anyone else has tried this and has found results? Also- Am I to be counting total or net carbs? Thanks!

Low Cal Whey Protein?
Looking for a lower calorie whey protein powder that won't break the bank. I'm thinking more for something as a meal replacement (in a breakfast smoothie or something similar), rather than as a supplement. Thoughts? Suggestions?
