Hi all. Im new and i'm Tasha from Cornwall!!!
I have tried all the diets going - from the cabbage soup diet (smelly!!) to Atkins to Dukan and they all work providing you never eat properly again. I thought it was about time I tried the healthy eating and exercise diet and see what happens. Any successes so far peeps? x
