I was wondering whether anyone had tried the less expensive whey powders from Walmart and whether they're just as good for you and taste good? What protein powders (whey and casein) do you like best that are really affordable? Thanks!

Okay, So after eating well (1500 calories) and doing P90 for 6 days I look and feel bigger and I gained 4 lb! Really stops enthusiasm!

who eats TDEE but isnt a gym rat?
I like to exercise, but I'm not a fanatic who wants to do tons each day (like insanity). I do Chalean Extreme weight lifting. I'm not doing the cardio part of it right now.
