Too Much Protein
I have protein with every meal (eggs, lean turkey, chicken, etc) but at the end of the day MFP tells me I'm over my limit by about 20-30grm daily. How do I fill up without at meal time without all the added protein?

Gaining not losing
I know that it's only been 5 days - but I have GAINED 3 pounds and 1/2 an inch around my waist. I meeting my calories and working out harder that I have in the past. Quick Question
I wasn't sure if I should post this in fitness or nutrition, but - should I follow a good work out with a low fat protein shake? Or does too much protein defeat the purpose? I don't want to loose the muscle, just the fat. Any suggestions? Thanks! Sandy
