Have you tried Organic, light Agave Sweetener? I found it at Costco. It's all natural, certified organic, and a low glycemic sweetener. Here's the link in case you want to read up on it http://www.wholesomesweeteners.com/brands/Wholesome_Sweeteners/Organic_Raw_Blue_Agave.html

tofu smoothies with whey protein powder. Tofu when blended is like plain yogurt, it's creamy and takes on the flavor of what it's blended with. Try soy milk, 1/2 banana, tbsp on PB, and a tbsp of low sugar chocolate milk - it's a great post work out drink!

Hungry Girl has a 200 hundred recipes under 200 calories cook book. It helps to have meal solutions planned out for those "already at my calories" days. And exercise so you can add the extra calories in.

Mash 1 very ripe banana with 1/2 tsp of vanilla,…

I've only been on here a week and it's been a challenge. I haven't last weight but I'm healthier than when I started. I am always over my calories on days I don't work out but I am much more aware of when/why I eat. This is a great place for support - just keep at it. You can do it! Thanks for all the advice and tips! When you mentions customizing your setting based on a certain % - how did you find what that % number is? And for those of you who don't eat meat at all, well that's not gonna happen for me, but I would love to try some of your favorite vegetarian recipes. I'm all for mixing it up!

If you're hungry, you should eat - especially if you have the calories to spare. If your body thinks it's starving it will hold onto fat as a future energy source. Try something with a good source of lean protein - a post workout smoothie with a scoop of protein powder, or a grilled lean turkey tenderloin strip on a flat…

Hi. I'm a SAHM mom to 2 kids ages 2 and 4 and I have a baking side business so I find time to work on nights and weekends. I'd love to join this group if there is still room. I could use motivation from other Moms who struggle to find the time to fit in all that needs to be done in a day and still have time for themselves!…
