Need High Protein/Low carb foods ASAP! Please

I need to increase my protein intake, but i don't want to increase my carb and fat intake. Anyone know of any good foods that fit that description?

    Egg whites, Fish (canned also...tuna ,salmon), lean meat...turkey, ham, beef, protein powder. no-fat cottage cheese.

    You can get eggs whites in a container in the store, already separated. Just a few items off the top of my head.

    PB2 - powdered peanut butter add to food.
  • tofu smoothies with whey protein powder.
    Tofu when blended is like plain yogurt, it's creamy and takes on the flavor of what it's blended with.
    Try soy milk, 1/2 banana, tbsp on PB, and a tbsp of low sugar chocolate milk - it's a great post work out drink!

    Eggs = perfection.
    Also chicken, steak, turkey, pork and some cheeses even have no carbs.

    greek yogurt is one of my alltime favorite ways to boost protein. get the plain 0% fat and add stevia & cinnamon, or pb2 to boost the protein more
    the yogurt has 90 calories, no fat, 7 carbs & 15 grams of protein!

    aside from that I eat hard boiled eggs, chicken, lean beef, low fat cheese, tuna, skim milk & nuts (almonds are my fave) to boost protein while keeping calories, fat & carbs low :)

    Thanks! So I can pick up a couple cans of tuna some light turkey slices and "maybe" cheeses
