Running and gaining weight...??????????
I started running 4 weeks ago and have gained 2 kg (4,4 pounds) since then!!! I have been using MyFitnessPal to count the calories and to work out the amount of calories I need to eat to lose weight. But nothing! I have been running 2.2 miles 5 days a week for the first 3 weeks. I started running 3,4 miles from this week…
