So hungry, good or bad thing?
My BMR is 1818; My daily calorie goal is set at 1310 based on wanting to lose 2lbs a week (I want to lose about 80 lbs). I find that I am filling up easily but getting hungry quicker and much more often. I realize this is probably a good sign that I've woken up my metabolism, but do you think I need to up my calorie intake…
