Here's a great (maybe stupid) way to burn calories...
Mow the lawn. When it's 90-some degrees. Using a non-self-propelled lawn mower. I did that last night. I thought I was going to die. I probably will not do that again (it was in dire need of mowing or I likely would have put it off until it cooled off), but I'm betting I burned quite a few calories!

Tasty Morning Smoothie
I made a very good smoothie this morning - super easy. Half a bag of frozen strawberry banana smoothie fruit+yogurt mix (60 cal) 1/2 cup skim milk (about 40 cal) 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (170 cal + 30 g protein) Tasted like a chocolate covered strawberry shake, plus with the protein powder, I was full until lunch!

I woke up this morning after a pretty late night up with my toddler. It stormed almost the entire night, so she didn't get to sleep until quite late. When I got up this morning, there were two empty boxes of Cheerios on the counter that'd been half full. I ate both of them sometime during the night, and don't remember it.…
